Wholesale and Retail Sector Education Training Authority (W&RSETA)

About the Organization

The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education Training Authority (W&RSETA) is a public South African organization set up to help people get skills for jobs in the wholesale and retail industry. It was created in 2000 under the Skills Development Act. W&RSETA works with schools, colleges, universities, employers, and communities to offer training, bursaries, and Learnership to grow skills and create job opportunities in South Africa.

📘 About the Bursary Programme

The W&RSETA Bursary helps students who want to study courses linked to the wholesale and retail sector. It provides funding to help pay for important study costs so students can focus on learning and building their careers.

What the bursary can cover:

* Tuition fees (your study fees)
* Books and stationery
* Student allowance / incidental support (money to help with food, transport, etc.)
*(The exact coverage depends on your study programme and what the bursary pays for each student.) ([Youth Opportunities Hub]
