About The Organization
The Energy and Water Sector Education and Training Authority (EWSETA) is a South African government-linked organisation that helps young people and workers gain skills for jobs in the energy and water industries. EWSETA supports training, education, and qualifications so that South Africa has the skilled workers needed to keep energy and water systems running. It works with schools, colleges, universities, and companies to create learning opportunities and fund education in important technical fields. ([Energy & Water SETA][1])
About The Bursary Programme
The EWSETA Bursary Programme helps students who want to study subjects related to the energy or water sectors. This bursary can cover things like tuition fees, books, stationery, and sometimes accommodation and meals while you study at a recognised South African university or TVET college. It’s designed to support learners in **priority skills areas** that the sector needs most. ([sa-seta.co.za]
