Flexibility & Schedule
Many short courses are flexible: live online sessions + recorded lectures. Standard academic calendar runs May to August.
Course Support
Access to research labs and innovation facilities, Guidance and counselling services (including support for students with disabilities)International linkages and exchange programmes through the Directorate of International Relations.

BIUST’s short course booklet notes that if you provide proof of payment, there are terms for refunds (depending on course type), but you’ll need to check the specific course brochure or contact them via sbpdshortcourses@biust.ac.bw

Step-by-Step Enrollment Guide
Go to the BIUST website and click “Apply Now” for your chosen programme. Fill in and submit the online application form. Upload required documents (certified high school transcripts, ID, etc.). Wait for admission decision from the Admissions Office. Pay
Enrollment Dates
Next Intake: August 2026, according to their website. Always check BIUST’s Admissions page for the most up-to-date application deadlines and intake periods.
